Hotel Check-In Procedure: Check-In time for your hotel reservation starts at 14:00. In order to check in the room, a hotel guest must provide his/her identification documents such as Taiwan Identification Card, or Passport to prove that you are the person who makes the reservation.

Hotel Check-Out Procedure: A hotel guest must vacate his/her room prior to 12:00 Check-Out time.
Reservation Cancellation procedure:
• If cancellation is placed 5 days prior to the date of reservation, there will be a cancellation charge for 10% toward your reservation bill total amount.
• If cancellation is placed 1 to 3 days prior to the date of reservation, there will be a cancellation charge for 50% toward your reservation bill total amount.
• If cancellation is placed right on the date of your reservation, there will be a cancellation charge for 100% toward your reservation bill total amount.


★ Reservation Cancellation procedure due to Special circumstance:
If nature disasters, like Typhoon, Earthquake, happen in the hotel location or in the departure location of guests on the date period of the reservation. Based on the statement/press news posted from the hotel web site and general hotel regulation, if official warning for Typhoon or Earthquake is issued, please contact Hotel personnel 3 days (counting the first day of the reservation) prior to the date of reservation by E-mail, Fax or Phone, we will make a change or cancel your reservation as soon as we can.
• If cancellation is placed 1 to 3 days (counting the first day of the reservation) prior to the date of reservation, there will be a cancellation charge for 50% toward your reservation bill total amount.
• If cancellation is placed right on the date of your reservation, there will be a cancellation charge for 100% toward your reservation bill total amount.
